Our Refund Policy:
- Refund shall be processed only as Store Credits.
- Our store credits can be used on vlccproducts.com
- Store credits given as refund never expire.
- Shipping and / or Cash on Delivery (COD) charge/s, if paid shall be deducted from the refundable amount.
